One account, the whole household
Add each person who eats at home. Everyone gets their own week, and shared meals suit every person at the table.
Coming soon to iPhone
Ahimsa plans a plant-based week around the people at your table, helps you cook it all in a single afternoon and remembers what everyone enjoyed.
How it works
Tell Ahimsa who’s eating and when. It fills the week with plant-based meals each person will enjoy, and leaves out anything someone can’t eat.

Every meal comes with several recipes to choose from. Keep the suggestion, pick the one you’re craving or move it to another day.

Prep day becomes one guided session: each step says what to do and how much of it goes into which dish.

A quick swipe after each meal, and a short recap at the end of the week, without counting a single calorie.

Made for real homes

Add each person who eats at home. Everyone gets their own week, and shared meals suit every person at the table.

Rings fill as the week goes by, showing what each person’s meals gave them, with numbers sourced from USDA data.

When the week is over, a short recap of what your household actually ate: the favourite dishes and how varied it was.

Save recipes into your own collections and bring them back into any week.
Tell Ahimsa what someone can’t eat once, and it never ends up on their plate.
When an ingredient goes into several dishes, prep day has you weigh it once and split it, with every amount worked out.
